Roni has worked in the kitchens of renowned restaurants across the world, in Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, Melbourne and Paris, including Michelin Star restaurants.
After ten years working under the guidance of the greatest chefs, Roni has decided to set up his own catering business. Always looking for new recipes, his dishes are a unique blend of mediterranean, Israeli flavours inspired by western and eastern cuisines. Roni welcomes you to his venue, an elegant apartment in central Jerusalem, close to the King David Hotel, or can bring the dining-out experience to your home, at your convenience, offering an unrivalled service.
